Double Square 双方藝廊

WU Tung-Lung was born in Taipei in 1976. He graduated from the Graduate Institute of Plastic Art, Tainan National University of the Arts in 2004. He has been creating abstract painting for many years. Wu was awarded the 15th Lee Chun-Shan Prize by Lee Chun-Shan Modern Painting Foundation in 2017 and the First Prize of the 4th Japan New Stencil Engraving Competition in 1997. He has also conducted artist residencies in New York, US, Aberdeen in Scotland, UK and Paris, France. His works are included in the collections of the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, the National Taiwan Museum of the Arts, the Ministry of Culture (formerly known as the Council of Cultural Affairs, Executive Yuan), and have been shown in Paris, Scotland, Beijing, Gwangju, Singapore, etc.
