Artist Tao Ya-Lun’s new VR work “Sinking and Floating” is invited to “2019 Keelung CIAO” a land art event which will start from September 27 to November 8 at Chen-Pin Fishing Harbor. “Ciao”is a land art event which unites nature and human, also a public art event which is the city shows their soft but strong ambition for culture and art, surpass the specific art systems and museums.
