Double Square Gallery Editorial is now online!
Since the establishment in Dazhi, Taipei in 2015, Double Square Gallery is now celebrating the sixth anniversary. Upholding the goal of “comparing and contrasting ‘both sides’ to express diverse meanings,” the gallery has consistently contemplated on the contemporary possibility of art galleries.
With the gallery’s newly produced image video as a point of departure, audiovisual data including artist interviews and exhibition records have also been created; meanwhile, the artist catalogues continually published by the gallery in the past six years are made digitally available for art enthusiasts to browse freely online. In June 2021, a fresh topic-based website named “Editorial” has been launched based on the gallery’s official website, which gathers essays and articles about the gallery’s exhibitions written by art scholars and professionals. With the effort of re-integrating its digital audiovisual database and social media platforms, Double Square Gallery hopes to provide all art lovers a comprehensive online experience in the virtual space.
